5 Best Restaurants in Las Vegas

Whether you are a new resident or visitor to Las Vegas, you naturally want to experience the best that this city has to offer. Las Vegas has a vibrant dining scene, and the best place to start would be one of its many high-profile restaurants.

But choosing the perfect restaurant can be a challenge, as each hotel or casino can have as many as ten or more eateries. To help you find a restaurant that meets your taste, we listed the best five restaurants in Las Vegas.

Restaurant Guy Savoy

If you are craving French food in Las Vegas, look no further than Restaurant Guy Savoy. This fine establishment serves renditions of dishes that earned Guy Savoy’s Paris restaurant three Michelin stars. These dishes include oysters en gelée, Poulet en cocotte, and tournados.

The restaurant’s wine list features trophy bottles from Guy Savoy’s cellar in Paris, but you can also choose from a selection of more affordable producers. Restaurant Guy Savoy is located in Caesar’s Palace Hotel, and they are open Tuesday through Friday from noon to 10:30 pm, and on Saturdays from 7:30 pm to 10:30 pm.

CUT

CUT is a high-profile steakhouse at the Palazzo Hotel. If you are not in the mood for steak, however, you can order any of their innovative non-steak dishes, such as lamb chops with mint-cucumber raita, hot potato knishes, oxtail broth, or thyme lavender roasted duck.

Other popular CUT dishes include classic Dover sole and bone marrow flan. CUT also serves several delicious appetizers and sides, and many diners comprise their entire meals of these small plates. The wine list is compiled by sommelier Lindsey Whipple and consists of a wide selection to complement the food.

CUT is open weekdays from 5:30 pm to 10 pm, and on Fridays and Saturdays, they are open until 11 pm.

Estiatorio Milos

Estiatorio Milos has a simple two-page menu with eleven appetizers and five salads and vegetables. The main course, called “From the Sea,” is a seafood and vegetable buffet that features many options along with the catch of the day.

The restaurant is a soft-lit, elegant space in the Cosmopolitan Hotel, and is open every day from noon to 2:30 pm and again from 5:30 to midnight.

Le Cirque

If you are looking for a restaurant that is filled to the brim with personality, why not make a reservation at Le Cirque at the Bellagio Hotel? Executive chef Gregory Pugin is the creator of the restaurant’s contemporary dishes that include langoustines with vodka gelée, passion fruit, apples, and caviar.

Le Cirque also serves classic dishes like the Le Cirque lobster salad and blanquette de lapin. Le Cirque is open every evening from 5:00 pm to 10 pm.

Picasso

Picasso, which is also in the Bellagio, serves Cal-Ital-Mediterranean meals from Julian Serrano, a two- Michelin-star chef. Serrano is exceptionally talented when it comes to his preparations of foie gras and Nantucket scallops. The wine list features varietals from Spain and the Mediterranean.

A stand-out attraction of Picasso is the original art from the restaurant’s namesake, and you can walk around the room and look at the works. Picasso is open Wednesday through Monday from 5:00 pm to 9:30 pm, and closed on Tuesdays.
